Applications will be reviewed on a quarterly basis and must be received no later than March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31 of each calendar year.
Applications will be first reviewed for timeliness, completeness, and eligibility.
Grant applications that pass the preliminary review will be forwarded to the Grant Review Board for full review. Following full review, the decision to fund a grant application will be made by a supermajority vote of the Grant Review Board.
Grant recipients will be notified of the status of applications via email and announcements of grant awards will be posted on the “News” page as well.
Grant recipients will enter into a written agreement setting forth the terms and conditions of the grant, including an annual reporting requirement.
